River Cities Real Estate is independently owned and operated by Gary & Anne Phegan. Gary has been involved in real estate in the Albury, Wodonga and district property market since 1982.

Licenced in both New South Wales and Victoria, we can offer a strong personalised service with 29 years of combined local experience. Specialising in residential and land sales, lifestyle properties, commercial and industrial sales we believe our service sets us apart from the rest.

As well as being Licenced estate agents, we offer services as Auctioneers, Business Agents and Stock and Station agents.

Gary Phegan

I am 2nd generation of the Phegan family to embark on a career in real estate. I started in the real estate industry with my father Arthur Phegan in 1982 at Phegan Real Estate in North Albury.

River Cities Real Estate (formerly Gary Phegan Real Estate) was established in 1997 by my wife Anne and myself and operates from our new location 327 Wagga Road Lavington, NSW. The business is built on a proud and strong reputation within the community and on an extensive family background in the real estate industry in the region.

Prior to commencing in real estate, I successfully completed an Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery that I began in 1971. In 1976 I gained my NSW Builders License which is still current today. I have found my Building background a huge advantage in my Real Estate Career.
